Customer: Billy The Bums Johannesburg
Campaign: Easter Flirt Party 2005

Requirements:
Billy The Bums, a trendy restaurant and bar in Johannesburg, wanted to boost their attendance and promote the venue using an innovative campaign that would keep punters coming back. They also wanted to start building a customer database.

Fontera Solution:
Fontera customized part of the FlirtTXT system so that it could be used as a stand alone version for the night. As people came through the door they were given a badge with an allocated number and told how the system works. All pick up lines were sent by SMS to FlirtTXT, each one was moderated and then both displayed on the big screens in the venue and passed to the intended recipient anonymously. All subsequent texts were sent between the individual phones.

Conclusion:
The event went very well and more are planned for other Billy The Bums venues around the country.
