Requirements:
When BMW were about to launch the new 1 Series car in SA, they needed to build an entirely new database of prospective customers as the car was aimed at a market segment previously untouched by BMW.
Fontera Solution:
Fontera ran a campaign for prospective customers to text their email address to a shortcode. Once received, a mail was sent to them offering a chance at a Once in a Lifetime Experience in return for completing their details and passing the mail on to 5 friends
Conclusion:
