Customer: Castle Lager
Campaign: Know your beer, Know your team

Requirements:
Castle Lager, the biggest beer brand in Africa, wanted to build a database of customers’ details. With such a large customer base and almost no direct contact with them, the entry mechanisms were limited.

Fontera Solution:
Castle produced an on-pack promotion with an incentive for customers to text their email address to a Fontera shortcode. As the email address was received, a mail was sent to the customer offering them a chance to go on tour with either the Springbok rugby team or the Proteas cricket team if they supplier the required details by email.

Conclusion:
The campaign was successful and Castle immediately ran a second campaign based on the signature of their founder, Charles Glass, using Fontera again.

Requirements:
Castle Lager, the biggest beer brand in Africa, had previously run a campaign with Fontera in order to build a database of customers’ details. The campaign had been a success and Castle wanted to run a send campaign targeting other groups of customers.

Fontera Solution:
Castle produced a, in-store promotion with an incentive for customers to text their email address to a Fontera shortcode. As the email address was received, a mail was sent to the customer offering them a chance to win trendy prizes in return for them submitting a completed email.

Conclusion:
The campaign was as successful as the last one and Castle plan to do more in the future.
