Requirements:
Good Hope FM is one the largest regional radio stations in the highly competitive Cape market. Being an innovative station with a target market that is very Text savvy, they wanted a comprehensive Text management system that would be hassle-free, easy to use and would help to cement their dominant position in the market.

Fontera Solution:
In January 2004, Good Hope FM became the first radio station in SA to sign a deal with Fontera to make use of the RadioTXT system. The phased roll-out of RadioTXT began in January and the product became an immediate success.

Conclusion:
RadioTXT was very well received by the station management, listeners and DJ’s and plans are already in the pipeline to expand the service to other areas within the station.
