PropertyTXT is an SMS notification system that works for both buyers and sellers. The system is completely web based and offers SMS and Mobile Internet notifications of properties for sale to potential buyers and notifies sellers of interest as it happens.

If a buyer sees what they like on a signboard, in the newspaper or any other advertising listing and requires more information, all they need to do is SMS the access code that appears alongside the advertisement to get more information. PropertyTXT will automatically send them an SMS with the full details of the property and a WAP link which includes pictures, floor plans, directions and a Click to call feature.

All data is synchronized with existing databases so that only one database needs to be updated at anytime. As soon as an item is added to a web database it will automatically become available on PropertyTXT.
